Registration Policy:

Registration is not official or complete until full payment is received by Third Floor Gamers. If payment cannot be paid in full at time of registration, please contact Third Floor Gamers to set up a payment plan. Full payment will need to be received by the first day of camp in order to attend and participate.

Third Floor Gamers encourages any participant needing to cancel to consider moving to another camp session at a later date. If attending a different camp does not work out, and a child needs to cancel his/her registration, please contact Third Floor Gamers immediately.

  • There is a non-refundable $100 registration fee for each camp.
  • Canceling over two weeks before the start of a camp session, participants will receive a full refund excluding the $100 registration fee.
  • 2 weeks prior to start of a camp session there will be No Refund.

Weather and Park Availability:

All Third Floor Gamers’ camps run rain or shine. If activities, like lunch, laser tag, or dodge ball can be safely facilitated outdoors, then the scheduled activities will be implemented as planned. Camp days will not be cancelled due to weather.

Park availability also can change with no notice from the Recreation Department, and is beyond the control of Third Floor Gamers. All camps will run regardless of weather or park availability. However, camp activities may be altered, and scheduled activities may be replaced entirely, if necessary.

Parents/Guardians are responsible for sending campers to camp adequately dressed and prepared for a variety of weather conditions.

Third Floor Gamers will monitor weather reports and camp availability and may make changes to the planned activities to provide the best overall experience for campers.

Media Policy:

Third Floor Gamers is making a concerted effort to promote a love of gaming throughout University School and our community. We are excited to promote the positive impact and hard work of our company and our students. This includes developing our website and creating our own publications. As a result, the likenesses and images of those involved may appear on the Third Floor Gamers website, as well as in other publications (brochure, flyer, etc.).

As we go about this project there will be opportunities for various students to be videoed and/or photographed. However, we understand that some parents may not want their child identified. Please know that no child’s full name will appear in any of our public material. However, your child’s image or likeness may appear in occasional candid photos, and the use of these candid photos of your child is permissible and solely for the use of promoting the positive experience of Third Floor Gamers. Parents of students involved agree to allow Third Floor Gamers the rights to retain authority over the publication of photos and video taken.
